Adele, of Calgary AB, passed away peacefully at 5:00 p.m. on November 3, 2023, after a long and valiant battle with COPD and congestive heart disease. Adele is survived by her three children, Wayne, Sandy and Terry, seven grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren who loved her dearly. She loved knitting, quilting, square dancing and, most of all, her beloved and cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Adele became involved with the Boy Scouts of Canada in 1968 and continued to serve in many capacities within the organization until 1985. Her dedication,  passion and efforts on behalf of scouting resulted in her being appointed a "Fellow in the Calgary Scout Foundation".  Adele also volunteered with various charitable organizations and devoted time to children at the Rockyview Hospital. She was wife, mom, nama, great-grandma - she was Adele! She was loved dearly and will be greatly missed. Love you Nama  ♥️  

A private family gathering will take place at a later date.
