In loving memory of our Dad, Albert Frederick George Summerfeld (Bert), who passed away March 24th, 2026, peacefully in Cochrane, AB.

He was predeceased by his loving wife Carol Summerfeld (February 3, 2026). Bert is survived by his brother Don(Vi) Summerfeld and his four children, Craig Summerfeld, Suzanne Summerfeld, Marla(Patrik) Teskey, Niall(Angela) Summerfeld. His grandchildren Jessie, Samantha, Hailey, Max, Daphne, Kane, Chad, Rachelle, Melanie, Craig Jr. and several great grandchildren.

He enjoyed spending time at Greig lake with his Grandchildren and taking them to the Blueberry Festival. His best life was spent at the lake doing projects and visiting with friends and relatives. Bert and Carol loved to travel, making new friends and creating many memories along the way. He will be forever missed.

We wish to express our sincere gratitude for all those who looked after him at the Bethany Care Centre. We also extend a deep and heartfelt thank you to, Jim and Fran, Bev and Grant, and Ed and Kathy for their unwavering support, kindness, and presence during this difficult time.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
